what we believe.

We believe in the power of collaboration.

We believe that when we come together; when we listen to each other; when we collaborate; we transform.

We partner with businesses and nonprofits to transform your collaborators' input into actionable insight empowering you to make data-driven decisions.

Together, we create impact, we achieve goals, and we transform our world.

How likely are you to have the impact you envision, if you aren't measuring and managing it?

Our Statement
on Decolonizing Language

You'll notice we use the term collaborator in place of the term stakeholder. The term stakeholder is rooted in historical violence and oppression. We choose to decolonize our words in acknowledgement of the harm and trauma they cause.

This is just one example of how we actively examine the power of our words, our behaviors, and our systems and how they impact members of our community. Understanding is not enough. It's how we act on that knowledge that makes the difference.

We'd love to tell you more. Let's connect.

At K+, we acknowledge that we operate on N’dakina, the unceded homeland of the Abenaki/Abénaquis people. This land was never ceded, never surrendered, and its original stewards remain present and resilient despite centuries of attempted erasure.

We reject the complacency of performative acknowledgments and commit to action. Justice isn’t passive—it demands accountability, learning, and meaningful change. We recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization and systemic inequities that Indigenous communities continue to face. Our work is rooted in dismantling these structures, amplifying Indigenous voices, and advocating for sovereignty, equity, and liberation.

This is not just about acknowledgment—it’s about responsibility. We challenge ourselves and those we work with to do more, to listen, and to take real steps toward justice. Standing on this land means standing up for the people to whom it belongs.
