principal + founder of K+

Transforming Insight into Impact

Heather K. Conley isn’t here for surface-level change. As an equity and inclusion strategist, social impact measurement expert, and collaborator engagement specialist, she helps organizations dig deep, confront complexity, and build strategies that actually shift power and create impact.

With over two decades of experience spanning nonprofit, education, and corporate sectors, Heather brings sharp insight, bold strategy, and a relentless commitment to justice. As the Founder of K+ Collaborators, she partners with purpose-driven organizations to design equity-centered systems, measure what truly matters, and challenge the status quo — all while centering the voices of those most impacted.

She’s led DEI efforts inside global brands like Nike, mobilized grassroots coalitions to win policy change, and coached leadership teams through messy, necessary transformation. Her work bridges data and humanity, strategy and values, theory and real-world impact.

Heather holds a degrees in Organizational Leadership, Behavioral and Social Science, and a Cornell certificate in Diversity and Inclusion — but her edge comes from lived experience, grassroots organizing, and an unwavering belief that business-as-usual is not an option.

She’s not just a consultant. She’s a collaborator, a co-creator, and a systems agitator. If you’re ready to do the real work — Heather’s ready to work alongside you.

At K+, we acknowledge that we operate on N’dakina, the unceded homeland of the Abenaki/Abénaquis people. This land was never ceded, never surrendered, and its original stewards remain present and resilient despite centuries of attempted erasure.

We reject the complacency of performative acknowledgments and commit to action. Justice isn’t passive—it demands accountability, learning, and meaningful change. We recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization and systemic inequities that Indigenous communities continue to face. Our work is rooted in dismantling these structures, amplifying Indigenous voices, and advocating for sovereignty, equity, and liberation.

This is not just about acknowledgment—it’s about responsibility. We challenge ourselves and those we work with to do more, to listen, and to take real steps toward justice. Standing on this land means standing in solidarity with the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded it for generations.
